Change of Use

If you want to change the use of your premises to something new, you will most likely need planning permission and in many cases a special licence e.g. a premises licence.

The table below shows the current use class order, e.g. if you want to change from an A1 use to A3 (i.e. Shop to Restaurant) you will need both planning permission and a premises licence (under the new licensing act).

  • B2 General Industrial.
  • B3-B7 Special Industrial Groups.
  • B8 Distribution, including Open Air Storage.
  • D1 Non-residential Institutions.
  • D2 Assembly and Leisure including Music Venues.

Lease and Title Plans

Land Registry Compliant Lease Plans, Title Plans and change of use plans, covering London and the South East.
