SPS carries out an initial consultation with you in your home to discuss your ideas about creating space, improvement and changes you want make in your home. If appointed, we will take a dimensional survey of the existing dwelling and discuss with you the type of improvements and options available to you.
Space Planning Services will also advise you on extending your property to maximise its value. Once you have decided on the improvements we will then prepare drawings and specification for the application and complete the necessary forms. SPS will submit the application on your behalf and liaise with the planning department.
Our aim is to take the burden and time consuming application process away from you to make the route to your improved property as smooth as possible.
